What a milestone. What an achievement.

INEOS Project ONE is not just a construction project — it is the largest investment in the European chemical sector in the past 25 years. And Warsco had the privilege of playing a key role.

For the thousands of construction workers, technicians and staff involved in this megaproject, changing rooms, offices and site facilities are indispensable. And that responsibility was entrusted to us. Warsco delivered no less than 1,500 units — more than our usual annual production — specially designed and built for this project. Bigger, more sustainable and more energy-efficient than ever before.

From our factory in Zutendaal to the assembly on site in Antwerp, our team managed the entire process. Engineering, production, delivery and finishing — everything was executed with the utmost care and precision. Our units meet the strictest EPB requirements and safety standards, and they form the backbone of the site infrastructure.

Scaling up, puzzling things together and making choices was of course part of the journey. But the result is an impressive reference we are truly proud of. Thanks to INEOS’s trust, our collaboration with partners and the unstoppable commitment of our team, we proved what Warsco can do: think big, build big.

Project ONE has been a challenge — but above all an opportunity. An opportunity to show what Warsco is capable of. And we seized that opportunity with both hands.
