As known, owner and CEO Marc Warson chose some time ago for a structure in which he entrusted the operational tasks to an external CEO. This role was filled until recently by Anneleen Van Bosch, who decided to pursue new paths. An ideal opportunity for Warsco to look for a profile that fully meets the current needs of the company. “We were mainly looking for someone with a lot of experience and a proven track record in a production environment,” says Marc Warson. “Someone with leadership skills, who is also willing to facilitate the entry of the next generation into our family business.” Warsco was overwhelmed with candidates. “Together with Motmans & Partners, the choice quickly fell on Philip Lewandowski,” says Warson. “A top-notch professional who meets all the criteria and is therefore the perfect person to give our company new impulses.” Philip Lewandowski is mainly known as a former manager at Nitto Europe in Genk. A few years ago, he embarked on the adventure of setting up his own business in Japanese toilets. “Pioneering work,” he says. “Very interesting to do. But on the other hand, the desire to lead larger teams and improve them has always remained. As CEO of Warsco Units, I can once again contribute to a strong and dynamic organization with enormous growth potential. With my knowledge and experience, I hope to make a significant contribution. I’m excited to take on this challenge.”
