Hublet, Recycling Center Floreffe

The company HUBLET of the NONET Group operates a recycling center in Floreffe, specializing in the recovery of construction and demolition waste.

This highly dynamic and constantly evolving company has asked us to study and execute the second phase of the expansion of their offices at the entrance of the Floreffe center.

As you can see, a second series of buildings has been placed parallel and identical to the first building, with the aim of creating an attractive mirrored perspective.

The two series of offices, meeting rooms, canteen/locker room, and sanitary facilities are arranged one above the other. These spaces are accessible via a central staircase and an internal staircase reserved for staff. This design meets the spatial needs of Hublet and minimizes the footprint on the ground.
